Stayed here twice now. I really like it. The staff were really nice on my second trip, and they also found some lost property of mine. Just a short walk to the pedestrianised area of town. Good views from the upper floors. Great, clean amenities. Decent buffet breakfast (I mean, there’s even cake!). The gym is absolutely brilliant and the spa is definitely good to unwind in - I like that it is extra to use that facility as it doesn’t get too busy, and remains calm. Great place to stay. Hopefully I’ll be back!

The hotel is very big. The rooms are very spacious and cosy. The building offers a great variety of restaurants and bars as well as a casino. The spa is great and also spacious. The location is very close to the heart of the city and at the same time not in the noisy area. The high floors offer amazing views of the whole city. My favorite is the fact that some rooms have a view in the bathroom so you can enjoy a bathtub while overlooking the mountains

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are large. The Location is great. Not far from vitosha street.The gym is amazing also the breakfast.It is shame that in check in they asked 10 euro for an hour for early check in when room is already ready. It will be better to raise prices in 10 euro for all and Incase room is ready to give this service to their guests so feeling will be much better.Also, the Mediterranean restaurant food was great but very very very expensive .

Modern and luxury hotel within walking distance from the city center of Sofia. The rooms are really spacious and modern designed. From the higher floors you have an amazing view over Sofia and on Vitosha mountain.Most of the staff is friendly and helpful, although some are a bit more reserved. The facilities are great, especially the gym and the spa. Also the rooftop bar is definitely a place to check out.

This the best hotel that you can find in Sofia. Great value for the price. Everyone was super nice. If you are on the upper floors, you will have a great few on the city.There are few restaurants and bars, casino on 1st floor, wellness and spa...Room was great, very spacious. Bed was comfortable.There is a parking on the lower levels.

I booked in this hotel for my boss for a group for a seminar that we organized there. Everything was great. The Ozone Skybar & Lounge also was great. Perfect ! And good internet connexion too ! The welcoming and food (M restaurant) was good.

Pros: In spite of a rocky start, the woman who checked us in was nice and helpful. Our rooms were very spacious and clean. Room service was tasty and quick to arrive. We were able to cancel the last night of our stay after weird noises kept me up until 4am. Most of the team members we encountered were kind and helpful. The girl who checked us out was especially kind and patient with us. Our server at Mediterra was amazing.Cons: we booked a classic massage and a deep tissue massage at the spa, but they ended up giving us both deep tissue massages and thereby charging us more and also not giving one of us the massage that we had actually requested. Communication before and during the massage was incredibly poor - we didn’t get a consultation form, an opportunity to confirm what kinds of massage we wanted with the therapists (who were otherwise great), or a chance to communicate our preferences for the massage.The aforementioned noise lasting until 4am was very much a dealbreaker. When I called about the noise at 2am, they said they’d call me back but ended up calling my mom in the connecting room and waking her up. When I asked them to please not do this, two separate staff members shrugged it off, gave no apology, and said that the system was just designed that way because we had connecting rooms.The night we left, there was a high school prom very noisily happening. Very glad we decided to cut our stay short.

Не добро посрещане на рецепция за нашето моминско спа-преживяване. Пише, че ще има welcome drinks, но нямаше. Вяскаш ако не сме гости на хотела не заслужаваме 5 звезди обслужване. Посещавала съм хотела като гост и мога да сравня. Спа преживяването беше супер, единствено телевизора беше много тих. Преместихме се горе в ozone. Момчил беше страхотен! Грижеше се за нас до края на вечерта. ПРОБЛЕМ беше, че казаха на кумата, която беше БРЕМЕННА, че може да прехвърли паркинг паса си и са я НАКАРАЛИ да отиде до колата си и обратно за да докаже мястото си. Тя е БРЕМЕННА! В 7ми месец и е платила една шапка пари за ВАШИЯ 5 звезден хотел. Накрая е трябваше да плати 40лева!Благодарим на Станислав и Момчил за супер компанията и препоръките! Ако не бяха те, сигурно щяхме да сме страшно недоволни.

Still here and can say for sure that I really like your Spa centre. So comfortable is the temperature of water in the swimming pool, marine saina and Finnish sauna are great, and herbal one is the place that teleported me to the beach:) if someone ever will ask me where to spend time or stay while having a business trip, I'll gladly recommend your hotel with Spa as a must.P.S. the Massage therapist Nadya made me so glorious massage! If only I could have it daily!
