We have used Rotto often since 2015 (2-3 times per year). They have always been punctual with delivery, the cars have been clean and reliable, and we will not use any other car hire in Bulgaria. When we first moved here, we tried others. But once we found Rotto, we quit looking.

Impeccable. Nous avons loué une voiture chez Rotto via l'agence Zig Zag. Ils ont d' eux même suggéré une voiture plus spacieuse, plus adaptée à notre nombre et à nos besoins, et ce , sans surcoût. La voiture a été livrée à notre hôtel puis reprise à notre hôtel, avec ponctualité. Les personnes contactées étaient parfaitement anglophones, dissertes, professionnelles, sympathiques, ponctuelles et décontractées...
