Called to place an order for a few accessories for a piece of lab equipment as a donation from our company to a University.The reason for the call instead of an email was that these accessories were needed as soon as possible and we needed to know if they were available in stock to be bought and picked up the same day.What I got was rude attitude from the sales assistant that redirected me to write an email request as accessories were not held in stock. When asked for a ball park estimate of delivery so we can assess if that fit the timeline, there was no response and I was again redirected to write an email. When asked again the assistant gave me the information reluctantly.Case in point. Information received but the rude assistant attitude towards a potential customer is a dealbreaker.
