Camping in Sofia is difficult. This place offers the best urban solution. It's actually a parking space, but it is super clean, as safe as possible, the shower and toilets are amongst the best I've seen in Rumania and Bulgaria - spotless clean and very well planned. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended :)

If you set your expectations right, this is a perfect place to stay overnight and visit Sofia. It might look like a parking lot at first, but they have all the essential facilities. There is one toilet and shower, disposal for chemicals, water source and garbage bin. No kitchen for cleaning dishes or cooking (although they have a barbeque and some benches to enjoy sitting outside) and no laundry, but a great set up for short stays with your caravan or for long term storage. The metro station is only 650m away by foot which takes you to Sofia center in 20mins. And the best part is, it is open 24 hours! Literally. They have the cameras at the gate and you call the phone number written there. The owner picks up the phone and tells you the lot number to park in and opens the automatic gate remotely. Very smart. We could meet him the next day by lunch time just before leaving. He was very friendly and professional. You can leave the money in an envelope in cash (£20 per night) and drop in the mailbox (observe the honour system!) or give to him directly.

Hier haben wir während unserer Sofia Besichtigung mit unserem Wohnmobil eine Nacht gestanden. Besitzer sehr freundlich. Sani Top. Man steht zwar sehr eng und hat auch Straßengeräusche, aber das ist für so einen Platz in einer Großstadt normal. Wir würden bei einem wiederholten Besuch wiederkommen.

this is perfect location in Sofia. we stoped 2 times there. It is very close to metro and to the highway from Turkiye to Serbia.there is clean wc, shower, wifi, chemical wc, fresh water and electric. It is quite safe, there are high fence and security cameras. next door is car wash so there are people 24h around. 20€ per night, all included. you just call the number or send messege to owner and he opens the gate for you, 7/24h. even there was heavy snow during our leaving, it was easy to exit and drive to highway.thanks.

Krappe plek maar voorzieningen prima. Super schoon sanitair en behulpzame en aardige eigenaar.Wel veel lawaai overdag van de weg en wasstraat echter dat kun je verwachten in een stad. Goed beveiligd, voelde safe.
