Посолство на Португалия

As a Portuguese citizen, I have worked and travelled around the globe in many countries for many years as an expat. Yesterday, I was lucky enough to seek the services of our embassy/consulate whilst I was in Sofia for a short period of time on a business trip. The support and service I received was EXCELLENT. And I am grateful to Ms Olimpiada Vidrascu who solved my problem effectively and made me feel at home. A big THANK YOU.. If you are around Sofia/Bulgaria, be assured that you are under the homeland protective wings. Any problems there,... just call her,.. she will be the remedy.

The two ladies at the office attended (yet again) in a kind, organized and efficient way. It is a relief as normally (for me) the bureaucracies are stressful.

Ms Olimpiada was very helpful during our visit to our embassy in Sofia. Thanks to her everything went well.

Tenho que so apreciar a maneira como fui atendido pela Senhora Diana e a Senhora Olimpia, nao so por telefone como presencialmente. Receberam me numa sexta-feira devido a minha urgencia, que nao esta no horario previsto. A amabilidade, simpatia, paciencia e conhecimento demonstrada posso dizer com conhecimento de causa que foi superior a servico prestado em muitas instituiccoes publicas em territorio Nacional. Nao percebo comentarios negativos de compatriotas, deve ser caso de educacao propria porque devemos ser humildes e respeitosos quando nao temos conhecimentos e necessitamos de esclarecimento de outros. Embora nao tenha conhecido a Embaixadora, um obrigado tambem por nos ter acedido aos servicos Consulares numa sexta-feira e facilitado os documentos necessarios ao meu pedido. I have worked with many embassies in many countries before; however I do not remember any of them to be as efficient as this one. There are not many people working in thisembassy, however they process requests as if there is a platoon working for them. I was very happy to be served by these kinds embassy workers and would like to thank them for their continous efforts and help. They certainly do go out of their way to help us. Thank you.

Acabei de vir de votar. Duas senhoras atenderam-me fora do horário de trabalho. Foram simpátiquíssimas e para além de me atenderem no assunto para o qual me dirigi à embaixada, ainda me deram informações muito úteis de actividades relacionadas com a comunidad portuguesa em Sofia. Não me pareceram portuguesas mas falavam portugués perfeito e conheciam bem Portugal.

Excellent service, patient and lovely people

The Portuguese Embassy in Sofia has a super professional service. Ms. Olimpia has been helping me with everything I needed. She has replied to all my emails on time and professionally, with all the details I needed. At the embassy, I received a very systematic, on-time service. Well done!
