Soli Invicto hotel

We booked for 2 nights between Xmas and New Year. Expectations were high as we read many positive reviews. But we would never visit again and we do not recommend. The reservation was mixed with another couple's booking and we changed rooms with them. There were only 2 rooms booked for that time so the mix-up was a surprise. It was exteremely cold in the room and we complained many times until they let us change rooms. Although the heating was working in the new room it was still too cool for a pleasant stay. We slept with as many duvets as we could find. Food was disappointing for such fine establishment, service was slow and we had to look for the waiter all around the hotel to ask for the bill. Organization of the staff is non-existent. 2nd evening there were 3 desserts on display and when I requested to have a piece of one of them the reply of the waiter after consulation with someone in the kitchen was Sorry but the desserts are for tomorrow" Have in mind that they take pride in the fact that they have their own confectionery where they make the cakes and there are advertisements about this sweet shop all around the hotel. The best thing are their wines but all the rest tarnished the impression of the good wines. If a hotel at this caliber plans to make energy savings they better warn their visitors in advance or just stop accepting bookings if the season is slow and there are not enough guests."

Great place for a relaxed vacation. The view is stunning, the staff is awesome. The atmosphere is great. Prices are more than fairОтлично място за отпуска ща почивка. Хотела е на хъм със зашеметяваща гледка, а персонала е страхотен. Самата атмосфера е уникална. Стаите са добре оформени.

Beautiful hotel in magnificent settings, excellent food and service. Friendly, professional and to the highest standard.The vineyard and grounds were beautiful and immaculately maintained, the hotel is one of the finest I have visited in Bulgaria and the tasting and tour was fun and informative.We were made to feel very welcome and lunch was of exceptional quality.I would highly recommend to anybody interested in wine or looking for a peaceful scenic retreat.

We stayed at the hotel for three days and we had a great time. The place is very beautiful and clean, the Italian food in the restaurant was great! We loved the wine tour and tasting most. It made our stay unforgettable. The biggest surprise was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and kind. They Definitely made us feel special. We would Love to come back! Thank you.

Много добро разположение. Всичко е направено с вкус и почти не си личи, че хотелът е на повече от 20 години. Стаите са интересни всяка по рода си! Единствената забележка е, че се налага да стъпваш във ваната, за да се изкъпеш. Ресторантът е супер, кухнята идеална. Персоналът е много приветлив и услужлив! Виното е превъзходно. Никога не съм виждал такъв изчерпателен винен тур. Благодаря за вниманието от страна на гида, беше незабравимо! Чувствахме се като у дома си, повече от това не може да се желае! Горещо препоръчвам!

Beautiful place, nice decorated, very, very good breakfast, nice boutique interior in the room (our room was named Merlot), there were some compliments in the room - а chocolate, water- sparkling and still, two small bottles of wine (white and red), and one bottle of Brut. Delicious Italian food in the restaurant. Good service. Unfortunately there’s no good options for degustation. They are dog friendly (only small dogs potty trained), which is ideal option for us. I gave 4 stars because of lack of degustation options. Also I think that the price of wine in the restaurant is definitely a little bit high.
