Very friendly staff members who are always willing to help you or have a chat. The rates are also very reasonable. The location’s also very good as it’s right in front of the gondola.

Kamen and his team were brilliant start to finish. Ive been skiing 15+ times and never had this good a service. Sorted out transfer to and from the airport for 9 of us, ski hire for all different levels and right outside the gondola so we could get ski passes right there. Then you store your equipment under the shop and Kamen will be there to get you ready in the morning, help pack away after the day and even came back to open up at 10pm after our night skiing so we didn’t have to take stuff back to the hotel.Can’t fault it one bit, thank you.
