I think the landlord is in a difficult position financially as the place is mouldy and smelly. Avoid as they will try and charge you for things thing that doesn’t need.

I spent a lovely week in Albatros apartment in the end of the summer. The place is quite and it has absolutely amazing atmosphere. Both inside and outside is super clean, beautiful and cosy. Extra quality and the most friendly host ever. Highly recommend!
