Amazing trainer, he takes time to understand you and push you the way you need to be pushed. Also the enviroment in the class is amazing, all good vibes and 0 judgement, so it's a great place for those who struggle to go to the gym due to that.He has helped me enjoy the gym and for that, he has helped me to be constant
