An institution with sky high rates with greedy, borderline-fraudulent practices.After my son couldn't start on the initial date we had agreed upon for health reasons (he wasn't cleared by our physician), we requested a later start date. The kindergarten manager, Rositsa Parvanova, told us the first available start date would be the 14th of March, but we would have to pay for the two weeks he wouldn't be attending. Additionally, they refused to return our deposit even though we terminated the contract within the EU-mandated 14-day grace period. This means that prior to my son ever setting foot in the institution and without the kindergarten ever delivering a service, Rositsa demanded that we pay more than 1500 lv (deposit+ ghost attendance fees). They are now refusing to return our deposit.It is deeply saddening that institutions tasked with educating and caring for our children exhibit such unprecedented levels of greed.I would think twice before engaging with them on any basis.
