I found this little gem almost by mistake as I was wandering around. I was immediately attracted by the design and packaging so I decided to enter. Antón took the time to explain every process and let me try some products. It was an amazing journey through new flavors! Is heartwarming to see how passionate he is about fermentation, and how dedicated he is! If you are a foodie you can’t miss a visit at their store, make sure you have enough space in your luggage!Amazing project guys!
