It is nice to have some options to shop while waiting for your flight. However, the staff can be quite rude and loose patience with non Bulgarian speakers. If your English is not good enough, it is not the problem of the person that cannot understand you. This is something that should be improved if Sofia airport will be a hub between Europe and Asia.

Un verdadero desastre. Los precios carísimos, en euros y llegas a la caja y te lo dicen en levas. La cajera muy desagradable. Iba a gastar los levas restantes y me los gasté en el bar. Nada recomendable.

Personnel désagréable comme pas possible. L'alcool coûte plus chère que en Belgique. Le seul intérêt de cette endroit est de prendre des cigarettes.

Очень грубый персонал. Хамское отношение, отбили все желание что либо покупать. Таким людям не место работать в аэропорту
