We booked our boat trip and we were supposed to wait for the bus to pick us up. We waited for 2 hours (meanwhile they phoned us to tell that buss is comming) and no one came. They booked us then for next day, and same scenario happened again- no one came to pick us up. Later they said they cancelled the trip without letting us know.

We waited 2 hours for bus to come to pick us up, but no bus came. They booked our tour for tomorrow but it was the same situation. Explanation was they didn’t have enought people for the tour but they haven’t told anybody. It was really unprofessional.Edit: Everything went throught receptionist from our hotel. First day we were waiting at the bus stop you told us to. Second day you just cancelled the trip as you told to our receptionist.
