Since we live in Norway, one of our concerns was to have a reliable and expedient agent in Sunny Beach that could take care of our apartment as well as our rental guests. I have been a customer of Fresh for several years. Having had two really bad agents prior to Fresh, I have great confidence they are a company who can be relied upon to maintain our property in our absence. The friendly service offered runs throughout the year and at the end of the season they ensure that the property is prepared for the winter and they check on the property on a regular basis sending monthly reports. A bonus, they are able to pay out for taxes etc on our behalf and transferring money to them is really easy, their contacts with companies also enable cheaper maintenance of air cons among several other services. A great company to do business with.
