Never ever this car rental. I booked a car and received conformation of booking. Before arrival 30hours before my flight to BOJ I asked for details of collection the car. They answered me that they canceled my booking. No reason, no farther information. I warn you against this rental company. These are scammers

I rented a car with Car2Go in Sofia, Bulgaria. When we saw the guy coming with car the at the parking lot at the airport, we were quite shocke. It looked very bad from the outside (the car was 12 years old, with paint coming apart), and the interior was not good either (due to its age). We are told by a guy that there is no other choice, so we take it. After few days, we are on the highway from Sofia towards Greece, and an engine failure light switches on. Given I don't want to drive hundreds of km and be strained on a road somehwere, I stop on a petrol station and call the guy. He tells me that he is in Sinistra, more than 400 km away, and that there is noboy in Sofia to help us. Me, my wofe, two small kids, left completely on our own on a petrol station on a highway outside Sofia. After some angry calls, the guy makes his best to find a replacemenet, saying that there is only a price difference to be paid for an upgraded car. I finally end up in another car rental company, which finally decides that the only way to get a car from them is to pay the full amount for the rental, as they do not know this guy from Car2Go. So, I am oblidged to pay entirely a new car (we needd it for 30 days, quite a lot of money nowadays), leaving the old car there, without the possibility to sign any paper so that I do not bear any legal responsibility for leaving a car, which is not mine. After a lot of stress, and calls, I get my money back from Car2Go and solve the problem of the old, broken car. To cut it short, never again with this company. They do not have any office in Sofia, but a few guys running around Bulgaria, no assistance on the ground, and very old, awful cars.

We rented a car to go from Sofia to Sunny Beach. We booked in advance, through the Internet. What a great company. They organized everything very well. Punctual. They are always in touch. They don't cheat. I recommend renting a car from this company!

I booked a car with Car2GO and was asked to pay 30% deposit to secure my booking which I did. A day before arrival I got an e-mail saying that the car was broken and they do not have anything to replace it so will refund my deposit. Deposit was not refunded.They do not answer e-mails or phone calls.Stay away from this company!!!

If I could give - 5 stars, I would do that. I do not know where to start. This company looks legit on their website, however they are just bunch of scammers. I do not even know if they really have a car rebtal, or they just take people's money via fake bookings on the internet. I am angry, I am dissapointed and quite disguasted. Shame on you people!My friends booked a car with them and payed the full price online. They arrived at the appointed location in Sofia, there was no car rental there, people who work around there didn't even know of Car2go's existance.Do not give money to scammers and do not even think for a minute that this company is legit.

SCAM! LAWSUIT IN PROGRESS! STAY AWAY!!! Rented a car from this company, it broke down twice and they did not provide another car. You can read from the email that they promised a partial refund, BUT THEY DISAPPEARED. NEVER PAID BACK ANS THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE ANYMORE. They ruined our vacation, we didn't have a car 5 days out of 7, they left us without a car in Varna and had to take a bus to go back to Sofia. Arrogant rude and dishonest: we helped them to get the car fixed, we wasted a lot of time and at the end we also got robbed. Avoid at all costs!!!
