GRIFID Hotel Arabella

The overall stay was wonderful. The beach is really close. The food in all-inclusive is beautifully served and delicious. The staff is always nice and helpful. The alcohol drinks are decent, not that good, but not bad either. Room service ladies are always nice and cleaned up really well. There are many kids and French people, but it is not that disruptive, you will learn to live with them. The animators are wonderful as well.The city of Varna is close if you go by bus, however the bus comes rarely and never on time. Varna's garden is beautiful. I recomment visiting the Dolphinarium and museums at the southern end of the garden.

Хотелът е прекрасен, страхотен панорамен асансьор. Не мога да не отбележа, че в стаята имахме изстудено шампанско и плодове - комплимент от хотела, детайл, който е страхотен. Не мога да не спомена, че ни предложиха вечеря в Азиатския им ресторант, въпреки че май не ни се полагаше, но жена ми остана доволна. Препоръчвам го, но температурата на водата във вътрешния басейн би трябвало да е като във Вистамар и Енканто, а не беше - бе хладно и ако този момент се изчисти ще е добре.

Nice hotel, great service, very good food, close to the sea. I can only recommend it.

The staff was friendly, except this one lady. A lot of food options, rooms were clean, really close to the beach.

The sofa bed in the room is like sleeping on a door. The food is so and so, we found 2 hairs in it, the meat half cooked in many situations, the salads rotten etc. The staff is trying to be nice, but they are not trained enough, they also speak poor or not at all English. We had a booking for the Assian a la carte restaurant and the girl at the desk saved a spot for us in the Italian, even if we had a note where it says Assian-in the picture-in this situation we changed to Bulgarian a la carte, to try it. It was a big mistake- the food was cold and it took forever to come-we came at 7 with all menues preordered and with restaurant half the capacity they were saying it is a big crowd and this is why it is taking so long- we received main course around 8:45 and the starters were poor. The food was also badly cooked or in very small portion- 1/4 of a trout you get for main course and few potatoes, but the quantity is less important, the quality was bad and it was COLD. The shows in the night club were bad, the games in the hotel quite poor, the indoor pool was very cold-the kids were getting purple lips in half an hour tops and adults were freezing in 10 min. We are coming to Bulgaria for Easter many years now and this was our worst experience and we stayed in other Grifid Hotels before. The location was the only nice thing and the room was decent, except for the kids bed.

Hight Class Hotel, comfortable,big rooms, nice view from a balcony, playground for kids, nice food, private beach, friendly staff. I'd love to come back one day
