Somos un grupo de cuatro personas que contratamos un viaje organizado para recorrer Bulgaria durante once días. Tuvimos la suerte de que fuera Nicolay nuestro guía en dicho viaje. En todo momento estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades, se adaptó a nuestro ritmo e hizo que la experiencia de viajar por este bonito país haya sido maravillosa y difícil de olvidar.Nicolay, gracias por todo.

I did a day trip out to Borovets with Nikolay in early January 2020. As an Aussie on a trip through Romania and Bulgaria, I didn't have any of the requisite equipment with me, so to find a company that provided it all - ski clothes, ski pass, helmet, boots and skis, was incredible. I didn't know such a service even existed! I corresponded with Nikolay a few times before I arrived in Sofia, and he was always so friendly, helpful and caring, even helping me decide how to travel from Romania to Sofia to maximise my time. When he collected me for the Borovets day trip, it was like meeting an old friend! We chatted about loads on the drive out, he was so open to answering my many questions about his country, his thoughts on its past and its future, on the natural beauty of the landscape and the history of the region. The journey to the slopes flew by! The whole process was really smooth and seamless, with the collection of ski clothes and equipment completed so easily and seeing I was struggling walking in the snow, Nikolay even carried my skis for me while I got to grips with walking up to the snowy slopes! I wasn't going to bother taking the gondola up to the top of the mountain, assuming that I didn't have the skill to ski back down from so high up, but Nikolay encouraged me to, in order to enjoy a hot chocolate with an amazing view" and I am so glad that I took his advice (again!) and then I was able to ride the gondola back down again to slopes that were better suited to my skill set. I was so tired out by the end of the day

Day trip to Borovets with Balkanity was amazing! Everything was organised from pick-up in Sofia, all our gear and passes. Nikolay was super friendly and a great host! Highly recommend this trip :)

Wij hebben afgelopen jaar via Balkanity Travel een skivakantie met vrienden geboekt naar Bulgarije (want lekker goedkoop).We kregen een super goede deal als totaalpakket, incl. vervoer en overnachtingen!We werden erg fijn en persoonlijk geholpen. En ze spraken naast Bulgaars (wat wel handig is daar) ook perfect Engels!------------We booked a ski trip with friends via Balkanity Travel last year. And we got a great deal on an almost all inclusive vacation.With nice places to stay in Sofia, as well as at the slopes. We where personally helped and guided very well.And they all spoke perfect English!And we're definitely going back next year

We've made a ski reservation, mailed someone who said he even give us a personal quote for our trip. after a few days and still not receiving payment instructions, details about the trip, ... I contacted them again and now they've said they don't do trips this year. There goes our ski trip. too late to find another agency 'cause everything is closed 10/10 would NOT recommend!
