Found Ibrahim on Facebook and he was attentive from the very start . Easy to deal with and took us on some of the most beautiful and racing routes I’ve ever experienced. If you are in Bulgaria and ride bikes make sure to get in touch I promise you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended

I did a day trip out to Borovets with Nikolay in early January 2020. As an Aussie on a trip through Romania and Bulgaria, I didn't have any of the requisite equipment with me, so to find a company that provided it all - ski clothes, ski pass, helmet, boots and skis, was incredible. I didn't know such a service even existed! I corresponded with Nikolay a few times before I arrived in Sofia, and he was always so friendly, helpful and caring, even helping me decide how to travel from Romania to Sofia to maximise my time. When he collected me for the Borovets day trip, it was like meeting an old friend! We chatted about loads on the drive out, he was so open to answering my many questions about his country, his thoughts on its past and its future, on the natural beauty of the landscape and the history of the region. The journey to the slopes flew by! The whole process was really smooth and seamless, with the collection of ski clothes and equipment completed so easily and seeing I was struggling walking in the snow, Nikolay even carried my skis for me while I got to grips with walking up to the snowy slopes! I wasn't going to bother taking the gondola up to the top of the mountain, assuming that I didn't have the skill to ski back down from so high up, but Nikolay encouraged me to, in order to enjoy a hot chocolate with an amazing view" and I am so glad that I took his advice (again!) and then I was able to ride the gondola back down again to slopes that were better suited to my skill set. I was so tired out by the end of the day

Day trip to Borovets with Balkanity was amazing! Everything was organised from pick-up in Sofia, all our gear and passes. Nikolay was super friendly and a great host! Highly recommend this trip :)
