The experience with the teacher was good. In English.What we were not told:The price includes ONLY the way up in a shuttle bus. Not the way down.Expect to pay 14 levas extra if you take the gondola on they way down.If you want to learn and practice in the slope for beginners, EXPECT TO PAY 20 extra levas.This money was given directly to the guy running the escalator. (Sounds like monkey business...)Helmet and other protection gear is NOT included.

I have book an excursion to Sofia from Bansko with inter Bansko service. My experience with them was really awful. I paid for the excursion 160 euros for two and it was just a transfer with a driver who escorted during one our walk in the city center. As a person who worked in the excursion service for one famous Cruise company I’ll highly not recommend you to take excursions with them! There was no information at all! Just the same if I took a taxi and went on my own. Too much over paid experience! If you want to have a nice tour, you better organize on your own!

We were recommended this place by the official tourist office for renting a electric bike, so our experience is:1. According to their website, the electric bike is 25€ per day. When we phoned up they said it is 30€, and the website is wrong. No further explanation or apology.2. We said we will take 2 bikes for the whole day and we asked if they could recommend us any routes (as they do everywhere), but their answer was simply big “NO”. They said they do paid excursions, so we assumed they were unwilling to spend literally 1 min to give us tips that we would expect from the local company focused on tourist.3. When you rent out a bike, be aware, it says for a “day” but you have to return it before 6pm (NOT 24hs).4. It is not possible to rent out a bike for a half day for a better price, however, we were told we can take it for half day for the same price (30€). No better price option available.To sum up everything, expect very poor customer service, you are treated like you annoy them, not recommended. We spoke with a male on the phone, so just to be fair, I’m not sure about the attitude of other members of staff.

Had the best snowboarding lesson with Alex this week. We progressed quickly in the 3hours, and it was a great laugh at the same time. I’ve been skiing for a while and wanted to try something new and I can safely say that he was the best instructor I have ever had. Thank you Alex! We also hired our equipment from the shop which was very easy and nothing was too much hassle, I changed from skis to board half way through the holiday and no problem or extra charge at all. Good service all round

The staff here are really accommodating, happy to change any items if they aren’t quite right. Very reasonable prices (we booked on skiset ahead of arrival) and well maintained equipment.

We rented mountain e-bikes from here during our stay in Bansko. One of the bikes had some issue after an hour and they suggested us to exchange it to another one. We didn’t feel like biking anymore so they offered us to rent a snowboard for a great price for the next day. The staff was very helpful as well.

Excellent location for ski gear rental it is only about 30 seconds away from the Gondola. The basic packages include Ski's, Ski Poles and Helmet. You do not get a visor so remember to bring one along.Most of the staff were quite friendly and help you with getting your gear and your rental documents sorted. However, I would like to point out the female staff member who was quite rude and abrupt, when we collected our gear and again when we returned it. Does the rest of her colleagues a disservice.

Just had an amazing day downhill mountain biking, 2000m decent on a rough track. They listened to what we said we could do and pitched the level just right. The drive up the mountain in a four wheel drive was a treat in itself.

Paid 10 lev for ski waxing. They just put my skis over a brush. Didn’t see any wax at all.Buy cheap buy twice.
