Изключително доволна! Мил и професионален персонал, бързо действат и отговарят. За съжаление телефонът ми не можеше да бъде оправен поради проблеми със самия hardware. И въпреки че бяха отделили време да се опитат, не ми поискаха пари. Признателна съм и пак бих ползвала услугите им.

За първи път съм толкова доволна от сервиз. Изключителни професионалисти, бърза диагностика и поправка. Чак съжалих, че не занесох телефона си по-рано... :)

I don’t know why this service have so high rating. I can’t say it’s fraud, but it’s totally unprofessional.I replaced my screen. They give me defective screen that not support right multitouch typing, with one hand type I never have a right words that I wanted to type.I came back and ask to fix, they said we don’t have service guy, come next week. Since I’m not based near I can’t do that.When I came later they said 1 guarantee months is over, I mentioned that I already came. They said but you cracked angles in glass, we can’t replace it. I asked why? You need just replace glass and touchscreen, screen is ok, I’ll pay for parts, but not for service, since it’s your fault.They told me it’s not possible, pay 70% of a new screen price, it’s our discount for you (haha) I agreed.When I came to get the phone I found that they just replaced whole screen, but quality is just awful, it have lower frames, crazy contrast and the most important much much lower number of pixels, so quality is bad, like in a cheap android phone.So actually they didn’t provide any discount, for 12they just replace screen for cheaper and bad one, that is unacceptable and cheating.At the end it took me 2 weeks to repair phone and 2 attempts. But in final I have bad quality screen, so I’ll better sell the phone.Example- left original screen, right replaced low fps.

I'm not very happy after I got the repaired phone I sent it back to them to fix it again they fixed the problem but my cameras are a little dusty and one can't focus very well samsung s21 5g What are these fake positive reviews I can't understand
