I used their services, and I left with little bitterness of the experience with the agency. They were hard to reach and didn't respond to my messages at times in days.I needed their services for my wedding at Park Hotel Markovo. They're the recommended agency to work with from the hotel, which made me assume they know the place well.They had a decoration ready for the outside rotunda. I asked for a basket with rose paddles or other flowers to be spread by the flower girl. They've charged me unreasonable price for the basket with an unsefficient amount of paddles. On the top, they were white and completely blending with the ail. Not to mention, they took the basket we paid for back.I've asked for a decoration at the restaurant, and my preference was to have bunches of balloons in colors such as white and gold.For some reason, they were white and pink.Completely unmaching the restaurant's environment.I loved my wedding and decided not to react or say anything. However, I wouldn't recommend this agency, and mostly not for decorating Park hotel Markovo.

The best wedding agency in Plovdiv. They helped me organise even the smallest of details for my wedding. I relied fully on them and they didn't disappointed.
