Very nice place to spent some quality time. The personnel is always smiling and helpful. The place offers everything you need before or after the movie that you've come to watch.I am highly recommended this place and the cinema is just great. The most comfortable place to watch movies in Sofia.

The best cinema in Sofia, but very disappointed by the service. I booked 2 tickets online and when I was at the box office to get them, they refused to give me the seats I had booked. The reason was they couldn't have sold another tickets if I had gotten these seats which was absurd. Why do you offer online booking if it doesn't mean anything? Sorry to say it, but you have to learn how to treat your clients.

Приятно кино изживяване. Все едно сте сами с залата дори и в събота вечер. По-високата цена определено си заслужава. Храната и напитките също са добри. Минус на киното са опашките за закупуване на билети. Може би персоналът няма достатъчно обучение за работа с техниката и затова се създава забавяне.
