We were travelling throughout of Bulgaria to the Middle East with our camper truck and had a serious wheel rim issue. At the Melnik city winery where we stop for a while, and asked for help and they recommended to go to Podem Grigorov service, they may help us. When we arrived it was the end of the working day and we were supposed to sleep over night there. We were surprised when after 15 minutes the owner Mr Georgie Grigorov appeared.One hour later the problem was sorted out with the help of his colleague who was called for a help. You think that this is the end of the service they provided. No, they new that it is risky to travel without of the spare wheel and ask us to stay overnight and they’ll try to help us with the spare rim. You can’t expect to be treated like that but they did. The next day we start our trip with our expedition truck fully equipped and that was really unbelievable. Special thanks to Martina - daughter of Grigorov family company.
