THE WORST CAR RENTAL I EVER HAD!in summary, they charge me 200 euro about accident i didnt do, and im sure 100% it was there before. i told them i am student, i dont have money and they just didnt care.i will add a picture to show what they charge me 200 euro, they just stole my money, i will never rent from them again.

Фотографируйте весь автомобиль до начала аренды.Моя аренда была в сентябре 2021, машина была с незначительными повреждениями и сколами на стекле, поцарапаные колпаки на колесах, прожженое сиденье -все это не было указаны на схеме повреждений. Девушка на сколы сказала -это камешки на дороге. Но если вы их не укажете - при сдаче не докажете что они были. Пытались взять больший депозит, чем было в заказе.При сдаче машины в офисе (11 часов дня!) никого не было.пришли через час, приняли машину, разблокировали депозит.Дал честную оценку на их сайте, пришло письмо - в бумагах все ок, вы могли бросить ключи в ящик и т.д.Спасибо нет. Больше никогда не буду пользоваться этой компанией.

The deposit was returned immediately (couple of minutes).The car which was received was in good condition, even a small upgrade for me was done.The staff is awesome and everything was negotiated very clearly.Cheaper than all others, but same quality.

I have rented car for 2 days with delivery to Hotel Sv. Constantine and Helena Resort. Everything was perfect. Car Ok and service very profesional.

I would like to thank the excellent service of Nikolay Georgiev who works at the varna airport branch. On very short notice he went the extra mile to arrange me a car at very short notice as another supplier did not accept American express. I told him that i had an urgent meeting and he did everything he could to find me a car instantly. Even walking to the cafe where i was waiting to let me know all was ready. The service was excellent and its nice to know that they have employees who understand the needs of their customers. Thank you, will use again.

This is not the first time we've used Sixt rental and we are continually pleased with the service.We were greeted immediately upon arrival by name. The assistant at the desk got us set up quickly and personally took us to the car. Everything was in excellent condition.We had pre-ordered car WiFi and this was amazing, as it was a portable WiFi router (smaller than a cellphone) and it allowed us to have internet connection wherever we went (inside the car, it in the city, and even while hiking). This really made our trip. No need to mess around with a Sim card or cellular company.The car handled very well and the milage was incredible (620km on 3/4 of a tank).On returning the car to the parking, a Sixt representative happened to have just parked his car next to us and offered to check over the car then and there to speed things up. After the car check, he walked us over to the booth where we checked out in about 2 minutes.Highly recommended!

Attention à l’arnaque. Au retour alors que l’agence est fermée (elle n’ouvre qu’à 9h) ils trouvent des choses à vous sur facturer sans que vous n’ayez votre mot à dire. Dans notre cas des caches moyeux de roue avec le logo Renault. Le prix sur internet :3€ les 4, facture 35€ les 2 par sixt. FAITES DES PHOTOS QUAND VOUS PRENEZ LA VOITURE ! Ils cherchent les détails que personne ne regarde.
