My family and I have been using Bansko shuttle for a few years now (last time in January 2022) and for all this time, they have never deviated from a great professionalism and high quality customer service. They’re always on time and have accommodated any request we’ve had (private drop off locations, child seats, specific time for pick up). In addition, they’ve always been fast to reply to any questions we’ve had and are beyond polite.

From the beginning Bansko Shuttle were excellent. Their communication was excellent keeping us informed every step of the way. The driver was waiting with a clear sign with our name on it and took us straight to the minibus once all the transfers had arrived. The bus was clean and tidy and we had a relaxing journey to Bansko. On our return the bus was early and our driver, Bobby, was 1st class and drove us smartly to the airport. We would thoroughly recommend Bansko Shuttle.

Well and truly deserving of a 5-star review. Kind staff who did a fantastic job accommodating our travel plans even with last minute changes. Would recommend this company to anyone travelling between Sophia and Bansko.

Best transport service ever, excellent driver, safe vehicles and trustworthy team. Bobby is a gem of a driver. So smart and interested in sharing the history of Bulgaria. I would use the Bansko Shuttle the next time I visit.

I already took this shuttle 3 times. They are always on time, super friendly and drive safely (which is not standard in Bulgaria :D).The hotline is also really good and they are flexible on pick up/off locations.I can highly recommend this shuttel.

Very happy with the shuttle bus.I received the previous day an email with more details of when the shuttle will come to pick us up and where. It was an early start (6:10am) and the driver was at the location 5 minutes earlier but waited for us. There was free WiFi on the bus and comfy seats.The driver drove to pick up all passengers at their location and by 7am we left Bansko to Sofia.At the airport, we had our luggage back without problems.Overall, excelent service!
